Violations may result in warnings, feature limits, account suspension, or permanent removal.

2. Safety First

• Keep personal info private (address, passwords, financial info).

• Meet in public places for first dates and tell a trusted friend your plans.

• Verify before you trust — use video chat or voice notes to confirm authenticity.

• Report suspicious activity with in-app tools or email CustomerCare@peakabooo.com.

3. Profiles & Photos

• Upload clear, real photos of yourself.

• No nudity, sexually explicit, or illegal content.

• Don’t upload copyrighted or stolen images.

4. Messaging Etiquette

• Be polite, respectful, and mindful of tone.

• No spamming, scams, or repetitive copy-paste messages.

• Stop messaging if someone doesn’t reply or asks you to stop.

5. Prohibited Content & Behavior

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.

• Violence, threats, or promoting illegal activity.

• Impersonation or fake identities.

• Selling goods, services, or asking members for money.

6. Live & Video Interactions

• Treat live/video features as public spaces.

• No nudity, sexual acts, or illegal content.

• Keep conversations respectful, fun, and safe.

7. Intellectual Property

Only share content you created or have the legal right to use.

8. Reporting & Enforcement

• Use in-app reporting to flag violations.

• Our team reviews all reports promptly and takes appropriate action.

• Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent bans.

9. Legal & Age Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to use Peakabooo.

• Any illegal activity will be reported to authorities.
