Peakabooo Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Peakabooo.com (the “Service”). This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Peakabooo.com, Inc. By registering, accessing, or using Peakabooo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Peakabooo.

• Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently deleted and may be reported to the authorities.

• By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Membership & Termination

• Your membership in Peakabooo is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your account or transfer your account to another person.

• Either you or Peakabooo may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason.

• Peakabooo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts without notice in the event of a Terms violation.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile.

• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Online & Mobile Conduct

As a Member, you agree not to:

• Post or share defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive, threatening, or illegal material.

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

• Share personal information in your profile such as phone numbers, addresses, last names, URLs, or explicit photos.

• Harass, solicit money, or advertise products/services to other members.

• Post copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.

• Transmit spam, chain letters, or junk email.

Peakabooo has zero tolerance for objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove profiles or content that violates these rules.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• You remain the owner of content you upload (photos, bios, messages).

• By posting, you grant Peakabooo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service.

• You may not copy, modify, publish, or distribute proprietary materials from Peakabooo without written consent.

6. Safety & Interactions

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and offline.

• Peakabooo does not guarantee member behavior and is not responsible for personal information you choose to share.

• Please review our Safety Guide before meeting anyone in person.

7. Payments & Refund Policy

• Purchases may include credit packs, subscriptions, or premium features.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play).

• Refunds: Peakabooo operates a no-refunds policy. (⚠ If you want to keep the 72-hour refund exception, list it clearly here instead.)

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peakabooo.com, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Peakabooo is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful matches, compatibility, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Peakabooo is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

• Our maximum liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by you during your membership.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (update if needed). Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Peakabooo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
